All is in Vain (But I Don't Regret Eating This Entire Cake)

Before I start, may I mention that you guys need to make me look less like a blogger-spam-bot? Just saying.. I talk too much. :P

Anyways...

A few hours ago I was hit with an epiphany--I don't belong in Fine Arts! I need to get my bum straight over to where all the Architecture students are, where all the blueprint parties and landscaping fun happens! (insert makes-me-sound-like-a-nerd-voice) So a few hours after that I went researching into ways I can switch from Fine Arts into Architecture over the course of a few months. Realizing there is a need to have high school calculus for the program, I slumped into my chair and my heart died a little... high school calculus was non existent in my transcript. Starring blankly at the screen, a thought kept running through my mind, what could I do? If this is really what I want to save me from denial that Fine Arts was a 'fun' program for me, then I'll do anything to get there! So, next week I'll be trying to take a TDSB summer school course for Calculus with my rusty math... yes... (please pray for me!)

Happy Chocolates-are-on-sale-this-weekend!

Roses are red,
and February is blue...
If I keep working like this,
I might as well turn blue too.
(And be an Avatar!)

Anyways.. Happy Valentine Weekend, my dearest sisters. I miss you all! Although, I never understood the reason why Valentine's Day is marked on our North American calendars, I actually think it's about time something lame and cheesy happened this week. Yes, yes, this so-called holiday is worth a rather good commercial value; shirts, ties, watches, and jeweleries are bought at insanely increasing numbers this weekend--but what I think really, is that this "holiday" is a perfect excuse for us to get out of our February Blues rut.

Deep Simplicity

I have a ton of assignments and papers due this week, but before I get down to crashing my brain my friend reminded me to stretch it out and relax for a while. He used the analogy that football players (btw, Superbowl XLV is next Sunday) always stretch it out before going into "battle" colliding and crashing into others just to get a stupidly almond shaped ball across the field (we know who's not coming to watch football with me, now).
